Fall Specials

With fall just around the corner, we're bringing back our Fall Specials! A new special will be announced for September, October, and November. The "Bring a Friend Special" will run through each month, with a drawing at the end of each month! 

September is all about our teachers and school employees . If you are a teacher or school employee, take advantage of a free week of classes in the month of September!

Chair Yoga Training Workshop

This course will cover a variety techniques used incorporating a chair into a yoga practice for those with limited mobility and/or balance concerns. Specific poses, class structure, and additional use of props will be discussed.

$45 Early Bird, $50 after September 22, 2024
