Join us for an afternoon of fun! We will begin our class with gentle yoga. This will help us shake out the wiggles, and get our creativity flowing! We will then begin painting coffee mugs. All supplies will be included, and complimentary coffee will be available! After we finish our mugs, we will end class with a Yin style practice.
Grab a friend, or make some new ones! We can’t wait to be creative with you.

After we’ve crafted for a while, we will enjoy a Yin style practice to close out our class.
