We are thrilled to host Penny Childress, yoga instructor and somatic teacher, for a Pelvic Floor Health Workshop! Join Penny for an empowering series of 3 classes on Wednesdays May 7th, 14th, and 21st from 10:15am to 11:15am. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to strengthen, stabilize, and bring awareness to their pelvic floor muscles, which play a crucial role in core stability, bladder control, and overall pelvic health. Gain insights into lifestyle habits and floor based mat exercises that support a holistic approach to pelvic floor health. Leave with practical tips and knowledge to integrate into your daily routine. This is not your mother’s kegel exercises : ) This workshop is ideal for women of all ages, including those experiencing pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, postpartum recovery, or simply seeking to maintain pelvic health. This is a series of 3 classes which will build upon the previous class. If you are unable to attend a session handouts will be available. The cost is a total of $30 for all 3 classes. Space is limited to 15 attendees!
