Frequently Asked Questions and Information***

  • Is yoga for me"? Yes, yes, and yes! Yoga is for everyone and every body! We have a variety of classes to fit a variety of needs/wants. If you are unsure which class is right for you give us a call, email, or stop by. We’ll be happy to help.

  • What do I bring to class? All equipment needed is provided at no charge, however, we recommend bringing your own mat if you have one.

  • What should I wear? Comfortable, athletic clothing is appropriate. Something that is stretchy or somewhat loose fitting is best allowing for full range of movement without getting in the way. Most practice without shoes and socks.

  • What is yoga class etiquette?

    • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early in order to check in, gather needed props, and settle into your spot. Doors are locked once class begins.

    • Please remove shoes when entering the studio space unless shoes are needed for feet issues. Cubbies are provided to store belongings.

    • Cell phones should be turned to silent (not vibrate).

    • Listen to your body. Don’t worry about what someone else is doing. Each person’s practice is unique.

    • Please stay for savasana (final resting pose)! It is the most important pose of class. If you must leave early inform the instructor and quietly exit before the class settles into savasana.

  • Do I have to book classes online? No! You are welcome to walk in for a class and the instructor will check you in.

  • Will classes ever be cancelled due to inclement weather? Cancellation for inclement weather is the same policy as the Logan-Rogersville School District. If Logan-Rogersville schools have been cancelled then And Now, Yoga classes have been cancelled. If inclement weather begins after school hours or on the weekend, please check the website, Facebook, and/or Instagram.
