This workshop will explore safe alignment of a variety of foundational yoga postures/asanas. Whether you are a beginner starting your practice, a seasoned practitioner wanting to deepen your practice, or an asana instructor interested in refreshing your cues and modifications this workshop is for you. Demonstrations, hands-on assists, non-assisted adjustments, modifications, prop usage, and discussion time will be included. The first 2 hours will be a structured format and the remaining hour will be open discussion. This workshop is eligible for 3 hours of CE credits with Yoga Alliance.

$20 for And Now, Yoga Studio Members and $25 for Non-Members

You may attend the first 2 hour structured session and leave during the final 1 hour of discussion if necessary.
